Thanks for your support as my readership has hit a monthly high of greater than 125 readers

When I began this blog on February 2012, I was simply responding to another blogger from Wharton, because I believed that I could provide better management tools for a start-up than what he presented.  I never expected that my readership would originate from over 30 countries, not simply United States, but also Sri Lanka, Russia, China, Brazil, France and so many others. And break my monthly Imagereadership average.

I have tried to reveal the mechanics in managing a start-up.  Yet, these suggestions can cover a corporate development for a new division for even a stagnant multibillion dollar company. I will continue to articulate as simply as possible, without appearing too pedantic. Now that many cultures are involved, I need to demonstrate the ability to communicate to any audience. In all my travels, I have learned that the best way to present is to be direct without being too arcane.  And I hope to continue my blog with your support from here on. Image

And please continue to add any comments or questions whenever I am not clear.
